NB: Although all 300 spots have been taken for the CS-1, we do have an occasional person forced to vacate their spot for certain reasons, so do inquire!
In total honesty, we are in this to make a great and historical microphone, something that will someday be cloned itself...of course we have to all make a living, and we want to come out OK on this, but our primary goal is not 'only to make buckets of cash.'
We will have no distributors, no middlemen, no advertising.
We will make only 300 of these CS-1 microphones. That's it.
Any spots that open up for the Lucas CS-1 Microphone 3rd 100 will be available at a cost of $3,975 US.
To get one's name on our order list, you must send a 50% deposit; we should start accepting the 3rd 100 deposits in approximately five weeks. We will soon notify those on the 3rd 100 List regarding the deposits. When your microphone is nearing completion, you will be notified to pay the remaining balance. The microphones will be delivered in sequential order, from the list. Available Serial Numbers on the 3rd 100 List are enumerated on “The Story” page.
